    Some interesting articles in today's Sunday Times. One is a comparison of parts prices for various cars. Another is a piece by Damon Hill on how supercars and cars generally have gotten more powerful over the years. Eg you can buy Mercedes estates today that have the same power as 1988 Ferrari F40. And the latest BMW M5 has over 100 bhp more than a 1985 Ferrari Testarossa.

    yeah it was interesting eg e55amg has same bhp as f40 ferrari:D .

    You certainly pay for owning a 3 series. As mentioned in the Prime Time thread, its parts and servicing where you make the money.
