I got a Freecom 250GB external drive from PC World a couple of months ago. Works as expected - good product.

Although it will work with the older USB 1, if you're transferring large amounts of data you'll really need USB 2 unless you've plenty of time!

i bought an external hard drive case and stuck a samsung harddrive it in

cost me under a hundred euro, and now i don't need the external harddrive so its in the pc at the moment. You'll get double value if you do it that way.Thats the way to go!

Buy an XBox For E140 and a 250g HDD for 120 and there you go lots of free space and a games machine :), did it myself and works a treat, use Flashfxp as the FTP programme. You got to soft mod it first tho, go to the console section on this site for further instructions
