    Jeff "the Snowman" Monson will be hitting SBG harolds cross Sunday the 18th of December,

    The seminar costs 30 euros and will be from 12 til 3pm, im guessing with light refreshments afterwards!

    ye,i thought it was deadly really enjoyed it except at the start when john made a comment about northsiders ha ha only buzzin...it was an all round good day

    i roll with EVERYBODY!!;) he's 2 times ADCC HW champ so results were predictable:D but i did tap him out.......when we went drinking later lol!!

    That's a good one!!! My instrustor has that on his site as one of the many gaomes. Got a best on it of 320.8 or something like that. The object is to hit it so that it bounces along... which allows for it to go further!!!
