    Hi Guys,

    Had Sky+ installed last week on the half price for three months deal.

    Just went to look at some recorded programs and I'm getting a message saying to upgrade to Sky+ in order to view the programs! I called sky but the waiting time was 61 minutes!

    Did the usual stuff in the meantime eg. unplugged the box for 60 seconds etc. Also did a planner rebuild but no joy.

    Anyone else come across this? Any quick fix other than calling sky.

    On another note I have to say the reception is extremely flaky, bad pixelation loss of signal etc (in the lightest of rain). The signal lock is also lost on a regular basis. If I arrange for an engineer call will I be charged?
