    Stunningly interesting fact:

    Ship Street (the cobbled street at the back of Dublin Castle) is actually known as Bothar an Caoirigh - as in 'sheep street'. It became 'ship street' by way of bad pronounciation over the years. If you look at the street signs, it still says 'bothar an caorigh' or something similar, below the English 'Ship Street'.

    I'll get my (wool) coat now.
