Has anybody had any dealings with Finlays?

I've had major problems trying to get Sky+ with multiroom installed in brief They called out and left cause I didn't have a phone line for second box but weren't told by sky that I needed this, I've had holes drilled in my wall and left there, They came out and I didn't have the sky card after a phone call to sky I found out that it was sent to Finlays and he didn't bring it with him, someone from Finlays (John Dyke) telling me to "F**k off" on the phone, I've taken 3 days off to get this installed and there have been problems each time. Still don't have it! Sky wont listen to our complaints!

What do I do next?
