I got one at the start of october when they first appeared, and I'm very pleased with it.

It's a stylish phone, especially the one with the black outside. The keys have a nice feel to them when pressed. The front display is colour and is very useful to have. The camera takes pretty good pictures and there's also a radio (which I never use!) It doesn't have bluetooth, just infrared but that's not important to me. Battery life is excellent, somewhere in the region of five days for me

two thumbs up for this phone, if you're looking for a standard model.

Very difficult to get in black now but they're a nice mid-range phone. They're this years 3220 or 3200. The Nokia phone all the kids will have in January. The Sony K700i is also very good with more features for less money.

Had the black 6101 for about 10 months and one day the screen just said Please insert sim. It never worked again! Then about 2 months ago my boyfriend got me the white one, i just left it into meteor for repair yesterday as the keypad is dialling the wrong numbers. I also find that if u are in the middle of writing a text message and u recieve one at the same time the screen often goes completely blank for about 10 seconds.
Wouldn't be my choice of phone to be honest!

that phone is faulty. 6101's don't normally do that. if your phone is acting like its possessed, e.g. dialling the wrong numbers, it's usually a sign of moisture damage
