Mobile Phone purchases

    It I buy a second hand mobile phone(3G) from someone who has got it as a pay monthly customer and so as part of an upgrade(in other words cheaper than the pay as you go price) will I loose any of the functionality of the phone when I stick my own ready to go Sim card in. In particular I am thinking of the Samsung Z500 and the Motorola V1050 both 3G phones.

    Better chance of good advice here.

    You would need a 3G sim at least, that's all AFAIK.
