Had them before, found them ok. Like pork sausages, but..well, beefier.

Found pure beef kind of dry TBH, I like beef and pork mixed.
    like the South african Boerwurst.

I LOVE beef sausages!! Everytime I go up home (Tyrone) my mum gives me a big bag of them...gotta love her!! Can't get them down here - or liver roll which is also fab!!

Yeah it is - it's like a pudding and best when fried... not good for the old ticker but a little of what you fancy - my fellas not so keen - says it reminds him of pate???

The opportunity for some really good innuendo has arisen from this thread and I feel it hasn't been taken advantage of yet.

    So here goes....

I love a good beef sausage in the morning :D

Make your own sausages stuffing meat into a tube was never so much fun...

Granby used to do beef sausages. Haven't seen them in Tesco lately though.
