As an avid Man Utd fan it is with great sadness that i post this thread concerning the current state of the club.

After seeing us crash out of all European Competition last night, It seemed to me that half the team simply werent bothered. Its time for a clearout which sadly may have to include Alex if the club wishes to become a successful outfit once again.

What do ye think?

Im simply tring to express an opinion, should it matter what forum its in. I tried the soccer room but you have to be subscribed for six months, take it easy right

It's just a bit out of place. Threads posted in a forum generally relates to the forum. ie: this would have been good in soccer/sports.

No I'm an avid Man Utd fan! I've followed them since Munich. How could you speak to your fellow supporter in such a way?

I think Fergie will be gone by the start of the new season. As i said in the Soccer forum, i dont think the board will want to sack him now, it'll bring too much unwanted attention, the press will be making different stories every day, is this the end for United?, Cantona coming out of retirement to revive United, Will Keane be manager?, Sh1t like that. Glazer will have to give a decent size transfer budget in the Summer (if not in January) and the new manager (hopefully it'll be a new manager) should bring in some top-nitch,world-class players and save our club!! and beat Chelsea once again of course!

I concur, its definitely time for Fergie to go.

I hate to say it, hes been one of the most successful managers of our generation and he has given me some of the best moments of my life, the treble season of 99 of course immediately springs to mind. But I think after 19 years it is time to call it a day. Everything seems abit lifeless at the moment and I think a new management set up might inject a bit of vigour into our club

As a Leeds fan I dont like that comment. Just because a couple of tossers decided to boo at the minutes silence does not mean that Leeds fans dont have respect for George Best.

With those kind of comments you dont have a chance of being aloud post in the soccer forum
