hey everyone, ok, im gonna buy a new PC from dell, i have my spec set but was wondering about MS office software... the PC has Microsoft® Works 7.0 on it, but to add MS office its €145 more. is it possible to get get a copied disk and install that or have microsoft made this impossile nowadays??

It's possible but its illegal. And hence discussion of this is not allowed under the boards charter. You might want to edit your post.
