    Guys,
I replaced a mini-dv tape in my camcorder(JVC GR-31EK, i think) the other day but when I inserted the new tape the tape will not go in fully. I'm not au fait with how other camcorders work but mine loads like a VHS tape.
You insert the tape and press down , then the tape is accepted and goes down on the heads.
With mine now the tape is accepted but then I hear some clicking and the tape comes back out. The same happens if you insert it with no tape.
Does anybody know of anywhere in Dublin that would/could look at it.
I'm sure its a straightforward mechanical issue.
    Cheers

Electronic Repair Centre in Baldoyle (8781414) or Micro Electronics on Herbert Place (6761953) @ Baggot St Bridge. They are both authorised to repair JVC . expect to pay well over €100. Unless its something simple.
