Sky Three WTF

At stages especially back to white i notice a lot of red vertical lines appearing on screen, has anyone else noticed this, as i hope its not my box.
The problem is most noticed on the tru calling advert on sky three and the gta liberty city stories advert.

Well I was watching ITV 3 last night and the picture quality was terrible, it was like someone had recorded the programs to vhs tape and was playing them back.
