Moving windows around XP desktop

Hi guys and gals... a very quick question because I've forgotten the answer.

How do you change the way windows on an XP desktop are dragged around? What I mean is there are two ways an active window drags...

    1. The whole window drags.
    2. Just the outline of the window drags and the actual window stays in its original place.

    I want the first one.

Hopefully I asked this question correctly.

Right-click on My Computer, go to the Advanced tab, click the Settings button in the Performance section (top).

Find the 'Show window contents while dragging' option. Tick it to drag the whole window, untick it for just an outline.

Right click on your desktop: Go properties : Go Appearance : Go Effects :
Click : Show windows contents while dragging.

Think this should sort you :)

Good stuff guys... two excellent solutions.

I did have my windows set to "show contents while dragging" but this setting seems to have been removed somehow about a week ago. How could this happen?
