Q about ticketmaster and swapping/refunds

    Basically my brother somehow booked a seated ticket instead of a standing one. Once he gets the ticket is he able to ask for a standing one in exchange or are they absolutley steadfast in their no refunds policy?

    pretty sure theres no refunds or exchanges (unless the gig is cancelled).
    Only chance now is to post up here (on the FS tickets forum) and see if someone will swap or buy it off you... that's if you can get a standing one.

    EDIT - just checked T&Cs on back of tickets
