What exactly did he say? and also it would be cool if they did a flashback of Phil on the run from the police.There is no explanation of…

What exactly did he say? and also it would be cool if they did a flashback of Phil on the run from the police.There is no explanation of how he survived a year and a half on the run.

Kinda like when Phil got Louise back from Lisa.
