    hi,
i bought one of these last week. when i connected it to my pc and tried transferring music to it, a message kept coming up on the pc screen saying someting like 'windows explorer has encountered a problem and must close'. i did however manage to transfer some music to the player though. when i tried again the following day to do the same the pc does not seem to be picking up the mp3 player because the e drive does not show up. but on the mp3 player it states that it is connected to pc. has anyone got any idea what the problem might be.
    thanks.
