iPod: Battery Replacement in Ireland???

    Hi
    A friends son has an iPod I presume one of the latest as he's only bought it this year. He has two problems: 1) he lost his receipt, 2) his battery life is crap (spends more time charging it than using it).

    Now this lad is only 20yrs and wouldn't have a lot of dosh so he can't afford to send the iPod off to England or USA to get replaced. Is there anywhere in Ireland he can have the battery replaced?
