    Hey people
I'm first year in college and have found out that I am gettin six weeks christmas holidays returning on the last day of January.

So a couple of us are planning to go on a midweek break for two or three nights. Somewhere fun!!
We were thinkin Alton towers or the likes but that is closed for the winter.

Anyone got any suggestions for a bit of craic that is not too expensive.
ie less then four hundred for four nights.

    cheers
    Shoutman

What sort of holiday you looking for? I would recommend the country, Galway, Sligo or kilkenny, great laugh.

You should try Barcelona. Flights at the minute are under a euro with Ryan air to Girona and Salou airports. Works about at about €35/€40 with taxes. Then you can get the train/bus into
Barcelona. im Planning to go myself at the end of January. Was there last year around that time. Cold but still great.

Also accomodation is firly cheap as well. Mself and 7 other fellas got a 10 bed appartment just off Las Ramblas for about €120 each for 5 nights. Althogh if there is only a few of you then there are loads of hostels around Las Ramblasfor like €15 a night.
