10 minute games
Random player power
No Extra Time, No Penos, a Draw is a point.
Any team can be picked, playername gets the points.
All other effects can be set random of player choice, weather, ball etc:
The games must be 10 minutes and players on random power.
Fixture Format
People have real lives!!! Therefore the league will not run fixtures on a weekly basis, its too hard to have 20 people show up on a certain night at a certain time to play. It just wont happen.
So Wednesday night and Sunday night will be League nights , join IRC Pes.ie Lobby 7 or post here and play any player in the league only once, series 1 will conclude before series 2 starts (ie dont play anyone twice till series 2 starts)
This will give us time to delete the no- shows and award points fairly to the other players (ie if you play someone and lose and they dont show for the rest of the league other players will get points for not playing this person so its unfair to delete them mid series).
Lag
DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR HAVE ANY SORT FILE TRANSFER IN PROGRESS!!!!
There will be some lag, its inevitable. Sometimes the lag is unplayable. Its the players right to refuse to play BEFORE the game starts if theres a red flag connection. Starting the game is accepting thats it a league game, disconnect during and your going to accept a 3-0 defeat. play a 5 minute friendly if theres a red flag or other Flag to test out the connections before accepting to play a league game(tip just pass the ball about dont reveal your team and tactics
), this keeps it fair to both.
Posting results and disputes
Post your score on Pesrankings in the ENTER RESULTS section. Both players need to post the score and i need to validate it if theres a discrepancy.
Disputes will be settled by someone outside the league ie not me as im in it.

Right lads... we can pick any team.
So, it's obvious the first player to pick isnt going to pick a crappy team first only to see their opposition pick Brazil or Barca.
I think it's best you declare on the pre-match screen who you are going to play as, so you can come to an agreement.... as once teams are picked, you cant exit until the game is complete (found this out the hard way yesterday).
Best to agree things like weather beforehand too.... can't stand the snow meself.
