    hello all
    anybody got an attic conversion done lately... If so..
    What was done and at what sort of price.
    I am trying to get some idea of prices before I get builders in or drawings done.
    Info on bungalows would be great.

    3 bed semi with attic converted last year.
    Dormer to side over existing hipped roof ( to accomodate ne fixed stairs)
    Small landing. Large room with Dormer to rear with 3' x 3' window and also 2 small velux in roof.
    Ful price including wooden floor .Ready for painting €21,500
