Your comments are appreciated. I've a pretty good idea of what I did wrong, but would like some feedback.
It's a $2 SNG and I've had to pick away at pots to get the slim chip lead.
This guy has pushed on several occasions, even when behind in chips, and when called has shown less than decent hands but gotten lucky. He was very aggressive pre-flop from any position and suffered huge swings.

Average Stack: 3,750 (1,500 starting chips)
    Remaining Players: 4 (10 started)
    Seat 1 : starts with 2,650
    Seat 2 : IrishTony starts with 5,025
    Seat 5 : pretorian starts with 4,625

    Seat 9 : starts with 2,700
Seat 2 : IrishTony has the dealer button
    DEALING HOLE CARDS<<<
    IrishTony dealt down Qs Js

    Antes posted 50 each

pretorian posts the small blind 200
Seat 9 posts the big blind 400
    Seat 1 folds
    IrishTony calls 400
    pretorian calls 200

    Seat 9 checks
    DEALING FLOP<<< [ 4d Jd 7h ]
    pretorian checks
    Seat 9 checks
IrishTony bets 1,400 (With a flush draw on the board I didn't want any drawers tagging along)
pretorian raises 2,775 to 4,175 and is all-in (My thoughts here were that if he had a hand there was no need to push and put him on the flush draw, top pair with weak kicker or a bluff.)

    Seat 9 folds
    IrishTony calls 2,775 (eventually)
    pretorian cards were 4c 7c

    IrishTony cards were Js Qs
    DEALING TURN<<< [ Ac ]
    IrishTony: oh man
    DEALING RIVER<<< [ 2s ]

I busted out next hand with ATs to a pair of Kings.

I can't see how you could avoid being hurt that hand

You should raise or fold that preflop, which would of stopped that happening.

Yeah, I'd raise with QJ soooted preflop 4 handed, in your position.
