Why are Bus Éireann journeys taking longer?

    Why are bus eireann journies taking longer than last year - 1 1/2 hour from dublin according to the timetable it's usually 1 40 mins is crazy and was being done in just over an hour and 10 last year.

    Thats not even the half of it. What about the lack of air conditioning on most buses! I travelled from Galway to Dublin a while back during a hot day this summer. Not only was the air conditioning not working but the bus driver had the heating on and claimed to be unable to turn it off. My boyfriend and I were so mad!

    On a side note, why are there so many pigeons in bus aras...??

    thats another point in the winter i get blasted with air con becuase the driver wont turn it off and the covers are broken and other times the heating is broken. Time keeping is appaling and busaras is still a kip
