I don't support Bush but I don't hate the guy either so wasn't exactly laughing at that video.

This is the guy that's supposed to be able to think clearly and act responsibly in grave matters and he's showing a massive drop in communications skills over ten years. What else has changed?

It's a bit worrying, more so if the folks on that site are right and Bush might have presenile dementia. eeeek!
