    as much as its a dull wet weekend. i think we had a good year overall.
    not as cold in the winter as the last few years.

    yeah i think this December is going to be fairly mild but not quite as mild as last December - hopefully we'll see proper snow events after christmas.

    Theres a thread for this type of thing already and its a sticky.

    I'll leave this open for a while if anyone wants to actually discuss why they think this was a good year weatherwise.

    But leave future indications to the thread designed for that-thanks.

    Don't know about here, it seemed very average this year. The summer wasn't spectacular, and we didnt have any major autumn weather. storms and the like. The only thing I think i will associate with 2005 really is the busy hurricane season in the Atlantic.

    I think what sticks out this year is:

    How mild January was
    Cold and snow in February
    Sudden heat up in Mid March
    Summer humidity - yet no thunderstorms (here anyways)
    Mild and very wet October
    Cold and snow in November

    Nothing in the extreme really.
