ART sport channels-premiership- What do i need?

Hi. I want to get the 4 ART sport channels for premiership matches but i dont know exactly what equipment i need. I found out i need an 80cm sat dish and a decoder with viacess 2 along with the art card. Will any make of dish and decoder do? Anyone know a site where i can get a card cheaply?:D
