Had a strange one in the club last night and i hope boardsters will tell me if I got the decision right.dealer flopped the turn card before player on the button had a chance to bet.all players at the table saw the turn card but player on button wanted to bet all-in prior to turn of card. my decision was to tell the dealer to remove the turn card from the flop, allow button player make his bet and if there is callers, flop the river card as the turn card and then shuffle in the exposed card to the deck and flop out the river. not 100% sure but the players accepted it.anyone out there know the correct ruling?

Not quite. Let the player make his move, burn for the river and put the river face down with a chip on top of it and reshuffle the deck with original turn card and put up a new turn

I think connie's ruling is also correct and is used in America. Bohsman's ruling is the one used in the Fitz. It doesn't matter a whole lot so long as you use the same one every time it happens.
