I've been wanting an old Japanese-made Les Paul copy for some time now, and I know ebay often has some gems to offer. Then I stumbled across this:

    http://www.tcgakki.com/menu/englishpage.html

We've all seen Ishibashi and heard great things about prices and service etc. This site seems to have really low prices on rare and unique guitars, and they ship worldwide. First person to buy/review one gets laid. I'm almost persuaded to order one myself, but I'm poor. Yay or nay?

    Cheers.

I dont like the way fender is spelt 'fneder', but on the whole it seems like a japanese chrisguitars.com. Those Greco Les Puals are supposed to be stunning btw :v:

    Edit: As is that edwards!mmmmmmmmmmm

Edit: I have a bad case of GAS right now!

Yeah, they could have put more info on the guitars too. Greco and Burny are supposedly less reputable than Tokai. Burny are a subsidiary of Fernandes, nonetheless. And by subsidiary, I really mean sister-act, in that originally, Fernandes were set up to copy Fenders and Greco were the Gibson copies. Apparently they're "very reasonable" too.

But man those Edwards and Orville Les Pauls are amazing! I say YAY! Should have a grand or so for a guitar in around a month, Im seriously considering these guys!

That would be blasphemous if it wasn't so funny :D

It says they can send you more pictures if you show interest in a particular guitar. They all look suspiciously in MINT condition, even ones that are ridiculously under-priced. Hmmm...

Well I've given myself an unhealthy case of GAS too. I'm buying one of those Greco's and that's the end of it.:D

Afaik, they don't ship worldwide. You're right though, and Japan seems to be THE place for second-hand guitars. I might just go there one of these days.

I think KH is going there soon. He claims it's a fishing expedition, but i think he's up to no good. He'll be snooping around the guitar shops, that's for sure.

If he doesn't bring me back a nice Ibanez i'll get Customs on his ass!

They do ship world wide for about €110 afaik.

I've had them send me some photos of guitars in the past and in my experience, the pictures on the site are not of the specific guitar, just a stock photo of something similar.

Haven't bought anything there yet though
