7800 gt vs x1800xl

on overclockers they have a ocuk value for 225 pounds, a leadtek extreme 7800 gt for 10 more. they also have the x1800xl for 235. i would have previously not given a second thought to get a 7800gt, but i read that the x1800xl oc very well as well as it will have some software to speed up encoding of mpeg 2, 4 and h264…

i would have previously not given a second thought to get a 7800gt, but i read that the x1800xl oc very well as well as it will have some software to speed up encoding of mpeg 2, 4 and h264 video in the future.

does anybody have the x1800xl and could they tell me how noisy it is.
the other thing that worries me is the x1800xl all have only 1 year warranty. it doesn't give me much faith because i had two 9800 pro that have failed.
