Haven't heard of it. Most clan peeps have 2 profiles, their name and their name with clan tags. Sounds like you'll have to start over.

You can't change your name... but you can add prefixes to it...

Go bug EA & say since its near christmas they should give ppl a 1 or 2 day amnesty till change their names :P Never know, they might since its christmas.

VC2 also uses Gamespy accounts to hold persistent stats. And you can choose and change your name as often as you like. EA/Dice have no excuse for not implementing this.
