Wednesday night SE €75 DC last 4 players.

    UTG I fold 44,
    button(2nd stack) limps,
    SB (ChipLeader) pushes all-in
    BB folds
Button says call and flips his AQo
    CL has 10-10

I jump up from table delighted at my laydown, but the dealer did'nt hear the button say call and mucks the hands and deck and pushes the pot to the CL.

Duke ruled that they should split the pot ? and we play on till I go out next in 4th.

I can't see any other way of deciding this mess. Your thoughts please.

Did everyone else bar the dealer hear the words "Call"?? Terrible stuff from the dealer in that event.

My temptation here would be to fish back out the AQ and the TT and reshuffle the deck and play the hand out. It would be very harsh on the shortstack for the ruling to be that he didn't protect his cards and therefore he's playing the board so I can undertand Dukes ruling on this but I'd prefer a reshuffle personally. What do other people with experience of this think?

By the way this didn't cost you €100 since its a 50/50 hand you have to allow for the expected value of the shortstack winning this hand. So really it only cost you €50 +EV.

might have just about really, either the 2nd chip leader goes out, or the current chip leader is crippled, obviously not sure how much of a chip lead he had but possibly going up against the second chip stack would seriously dent (if not finish) his chances.....
