    im kinda in a hurry and i need to know how to convert a large picture on my computer into a small jpeg or gif.
    sorry if not in the right thread

    Depends on what software you have.
    You can do it in Paint by loading the original image and selcting skew/sketch from the image menu. Input a precentage (the same for vertical and horizontal) and voila. Save image as jpeg / gif

    Open it in MS paint.

    Resize it> Image>stretch/Skew.

    Save it as a jpeg.
