    Anyone heard of The New Pornographers?

    They're a quirky Canadian band with some reaallly good pop songs. Was listening to their first album Mass Romantic for the first time the other day and it's truely great stuff, couldn't help smile the whole way through. :v:

    Think their new video "Use It" may still be doing the rounds on MTV2 et al.

    Bought their new album "Twin Cinema" over the summer in Canada. Its quite good, kinda poppy/indie. Bought the CD because I heard two or three songs on headphones in the shop and the name caught my attention...

    Twin Cinema is a decent album, well worth the listen.

    Love that song "The Bleeding Heart Show"

    Thats the one dat starts of quiet and then goes all "we have arrived..."etc isnt it? Thats cool. And Use It is good as well. Like the lyric "Two sips from the cup of human kindness and I'm ****faced/ Just laid to waste..."
