    anyone heading along to this new freezeout tonight?
    dunno would i prefer to pay 20 for a FO or play the fitz for a 270 ticket?

    any thoughts?

    It would be great if someone who played in this gave a report.
    I wanted to head down to it but the game in aungier street finished at nine. A came second to take 100 euro, coupled with my second place in bolton street on tuesday i have made 240e in the past three days and am very happy with myself :)

    Twas a cold night, down to the last 6 and 800-1500 ...
    I'm mid and raise to 5K with about 12K remaining holding AA
    CL (a studious Rasputin type wearing headphones the entire game) in the BB (about twice my stack) cautiously called ...
    flop 5 6 K rainbow.
    He leads with 5K and I go all in ... more study ... he calls with 23 and a 6 comes on the river. I'd have said well done if I thought he could hear me.

    Yea the fitz was pretty quiet last night. Only 585 in the prizepool for the freeroll. Owl Andy Black was downstairs playing Omaha with the bigest stack i've ever seen in there

    The Fitz was quiet? There were 3 50 holdem games going on aswell as omaha only. No round of each though but still pretty busy for a thursday night i thought.

    Can anyone tell me whether the 20+3 FO in Merrion on Thursdays is self-dealt or dealer-dealt? Have always found the whole 'dealing-to-strangers' thing very stressful !
