    DVD's are already under threat from Blu-ray, but those maxell discs look brilliant - they could be a great replacement for expensive DLT tape backup units and an easy way to backup even the largest of porn collections :v:

    This could be a joke site... i've heard of "holographic" tech coming out "soon" for the last few years, and theres still no sign of it. I havn't seen any articles or reviews on the more reputable sites, so i think it could be a hoax.

    Until more articles and possible a review comes out... i don't believe it :P

    hmmm, I rememeber IBM takling about this a couple of years ago, perhaps they bought it from IBM?
