GLEN board to expand - Looking for lesbians only?

    GLEN are looking for board members.
    In selecting new Board members the organisation is keen to have people who:
    * Have experience, expertise and awareness of lesbian issues.
    * Agree with the ethos of GLEN summarised as follows:
    - GLEN is committed to being effective and successful
    - GLEN focuses on delivering real change
    - GLEN is dynamic, positive and adaptable
    - GLEN has high aspirations for our community and country
    - GLEN is a secular, non party political organisation
    - GLEN is committed to best practice in organisational issues
    * Are committed to the vision and workplan of the organisation
    * Willing to be publicly identified with the organisation
    * Have a proven capacity to work as part of a team
    * Are in a position to give a specified amount of time to the work of the organisation (The work principally manifests itself through attending Board meetings and reading documentation. This work often happens outside of normal working hours and averages two days per month.)
    * Have a proven track record in the community, voluntary public and/or private sector.
    * Ability to think strategically and understanding of policy environments.
    * Have, or are willing to acquire, some media skills.

    Uhm, that's slightly confusing, are they just looking for lesbians?
