PIN Protected?

    I am trying to watch a movie recorded on Sky+ at the weekend and it is asking me for a PIN number to access it. I have never set this up on my box so I don't know what it is. I have tried the last four digits of the viewing card number but that didnt work.
    Anyone got an idea as to what it may be?
    Long phone queues on the sky help line so I thought I'd try here while waiting.

    ok sorted after 25 mins waiting on the phone. The nice lady told me my PIN and then asked me if I wanted her to change it or did I want to do it myself later through my box. I said I would do it myself only to find out after hanging up that when I try to change it on the box it just says please call 0818 719 819...feckers...not waiting another 20 minutes for that.

    Yeah, the DIY thing only seems to work in UK. It has never worked on Irish boxes, afaik.
