Maybe I'm tired..but that post doesn't make sense to me.
    My understanding:
    It's an Inspiron 6000...right?
You want a 128MB spec. video card..? .. you want it installed, and you can supply the part..?
Or am I (Hopefully) way off?

I say hopefully as the video card cannot be upgraded AFAIK (It's on-board Intel..)

Please specify the exact model (Some 6000 can be upgraded apparently).

    sorry it is late
    I have a Inspiron 6000 with a 64MB X300 PCI - E gfx card.
    It CAN b upgraded to a 128MB X300 PCI - E gfx card.
But I am not comfortable with working on a laptop, so was wondering is there anywhere that will.
1)Provide the part and install or
2)Ill provide the part and they install

You'll be saying buh bye to Mr. Warranty if you or anyone else opens it up :)

There will be little to no difference between a 64mb and a 128mb X300.
The X300 is fairly pants anyway..
