cheap ass digital cameras

    ok so there is a 'vivitar' digi camera in argos with 3 mega pixies, 16mb internal, 1.5 lcd, ..x4 digi zoom for 59.99

    anyone know of a similar or better spec camera in a similar price range ie: cheaper or the same price.

    not too interested in paying more than this as its just to mess with for a few days until i find a new toy.

    Dont know prices, but i have had a Vivitar, and i cant stress enough, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! If you want quality pictures AT ALL, then stay away. Indoor pictures are terrible, even if you use flash, and you have a terible optical zoom, even if labled 3X. Just my advice,

    cheers, i suspected this was one of these argos ****-piece brands like alba or the like.

    don't bother, it'll have a problem and they have a non existent after sales service.
