I finally managed to find a professional wedding photographer to take me as his shadow for a couple of weddings and show me post production of images and album preparetion etc. If everything works well, I am thinking to go into wedding photography business. Before I do this, I just want to know what is the procedure on this (taxes, fees etc.). I want tto do everything in legitimate way.

    Thanks in advance

You'll get a better response to this in "Business / Economy / Finance" but in my experience:

There are two routes for doing something like this:
    (1) Sole trader
    (2) Ltd company

Most people go the sole trader route where basically all your profit is treated as income. A ltd company has much more paperwork but things like equipment depreciation and VAT etc. would probably make it worth your while. Ask your bank manager or an accountant for some advice?
