Sky and foreign cred.cards ?? AGAIN ?

    Hello there.

    I was trying today to pay some oustanding balance (155.10 euro) towards my sky account.

    When first of my credit cards with money on it went 'declined' i thought i check it and call back.
    Second time - same.
    Third time - my second credit card - 'card details incorrect'.

    I accessed my account balance for my both cards then - BOTH CHARGED FOR 155.10 ??!!!!

    I called sky again but got nothing besides 'We don't have any of your money, payment was declined'..

    What do i do now ?
    I don't have any irish credit cards, i have one deutch and one from french bank....

    I also noticed they started asking for 3-digit security code, but i got em all correct here....

    ??????
    Anyone having this problem ?????

    happeneed be before, but not with sky though

    ring you credit card provider to verify that the money has actually been paid.
    if it has get an Authorisation Code for the transaction.

    give this code to sky and demand a refund

    Yes ok, i am not worried about my money, i want to reactivate my viewing !

    And i don't want to hassle with checks etc.etc.etc...

    Same thing happened to my friend today, he tryed to pay with 2 different cred.cards, one UK one Irish.

    He tryed to pay off 130 euro, first card failed 'invalid card details', second - same thing.

    Both statememnts now show 130 euro charge.

    Sky is 'no comment'ing this - 'it failed both times sir'.
    Bank saying money will return in 1 month (!) if not demanded by sky's bank, which is something like 'Irish state bank' or 'Irish Gov't bank'.

    I am totally lost =\

    Any comments ?
