Fame microphones

Has anybody ever used a fame microphone? Was browsing around a guitar store today and came across what I thought was a shure sm57 and sm58 but was actually a Fame ms57 and ms58. As far as looks go it was an exact copy and they barely bothered to change the name. Price wise they were around €40 each. However does anybody know what they sound like?

P.S. I have a Shure sm 57 and find it to be absolutely rubbish for recording guitar amps (tried every angle possible) when using a zoom digital 12 track recorder. Should it be perfect? I reckon it's broken and always was.

on to the big are fame good argument again, i hear there guitar stuff is good, asked the same question as yourself but about basses a while back and there drum stuff(what ive used anyway) is terrible.

Not really talking about fame in general here, just that there mics are a complete rip off of shure microphones, obviously intended to be... but do they sound anything like their shure counterparts?

Edit: Bit of research tells me they're made in China exclusively for this store so I doubt anybody's going to have one. That's all the English I could find on them. Few other pages on them but they're all in German.

i know it sucks not knowing much like i was thinking about getting a fame bass because there specs are fu(king unreal especially for the price and there hand made an all but i dunno if i could trust buying it like.
