Payslip deduction - "G Unpaid"??

having just left a job, my girlfriend got her final paycheck and was paid for 3 days holidays she had not taken - under deductions however there was a large sum taken off titled "G Unpaid" Anyone have any idea what this could mean at all?? Cheers.
