Software testing graduate position

    This is a bit of a long shot but i just got a call about a graduate position in Software testing from a woman in London. She was asking me to come for a technical Interview around the 12th of December in Dublin (They are taking on 6 grads in Dublin and 4 grads in London).
    Now the problem is i cant rembember the name of the company and it was a private number. She is calling me back next week to arrange a technical interview and i would like to know who it is, to see if i will go or not.
    So is there any chance that anyone else here got a similar phone call and knows the name of the company?

    I did say it was a long shot :)

    How did you apply for the job? Surely you have an e-mail in your sentbox etc.?

    I have loads of them, i applied for every graduate program so it’s had to find one application. But luckily i stumbled across it on grad Ireland.

    That company may be Cresta?

    They are listed on the gradireland.com site.

    ya i found it and its cresta [i think] .But it starts in January so it no good to me

    Do you really want to work in QA? I think that may be all that Cresta does. There's a few contractors from them here.

    i just applied to all software related jobs. But i really just want to do Software Devlopment. I dont think ill be going to the Cresta interview anyway.

    be careful of getting into QA unless there is a clear path into Development. Think established company with established graduate program.

    Thats what i am thinking now there are about 6-7 graduate programs i am interested in doing. If i dont get them i think ill go do a masters.
