    Damn greedy bastards!

    Download while you can.

    The other good alternatives are
    Kerio Personal Firewall

    And

    CUSTOMER ALERT
Kerio Personal Firewall is being discontinued on December 31, 2005. While Kerio will continue to support this product for all customers through 2006, we will not be actively developing any new features or functionality going forward.

I haven't even tried it which is the (un)funny thing. I saw your post, went to the link and decided to see Kerio's page. Then I saw that. I still use Zonealarm and at this stage have had about enough of it really.

Speaking of PF. I saw this on bugtraq today. Not sure whether people watch that here or not but here's the article (more like ad).

It's Core Force and it's free. It's based on the windows port of PF. The screenshots make it look very promising and very powerful. I think it's quite new though so not sure how it's being rated by the community in general, I could be wrong though.

Have a look for yourselves. I'll give it a try when I get home (tomorrow) if I remember. :)

EDIT: I've better things to be doing but meh. :p I've been reading up on Core Force a bit and it's a good idea to look around their forum etc a bit before going for it. It's still newish so there are bugs and incompatablities. This page is one of the most important: http://force.coresecurity.com/index.php?module=base&page=known-issues. The main problems are with certain Anti-Virus packages.
