Software to remove programs

Hi I'm looking for some software for WinXP Prof. that will remove some of the software from the "Add or Remove Programs" list in the Control Panel, but will keep the software install in the machine, so when the IT come over to do audits they will not see the software install. Something reliable but with no Spyware, etc.…
