di Novo Media Desktop Problem

    Hi,

    Dunno if anyone can offer advice but my bluetooth hub from my diNovo media desktop has stopped picking up the devices. Was working fine last night - powered off, went to bed, woke up, powered on and it just simply wont try to connect.

    When i click the connect button the devices and then on the hub the blue light on the hub doesn't flash and it wont pick up any of the keyboard, mouse or media pad.

    I've been tabbing my way round the internet looking for help but all of the troubleshooting under "cannot connect" just gives me "hit connect on the device, then the hub and wait" which is as far as I can go.

    Not many of these around so I guess I'll be waiting for an answer but all sugestions welcome.

    So far i've tried reinstalling the software, unplugging the device from PC and power supply, removing all traces of software and removing mouse and kb from device manager (not showing any conflicts either).

    Any other suggestion welcome..

    Called logitech and they agreed it was a faulty hub. Sent one out to me after taking my details - no questions asked.

    Gonnna take up to 3 weeks. :(
    But they were nice to deal with and I didn't have to persuade them to send me another which is nice.
