Poker 'Trivia'

I'm reading 'Big Deal' at the moment and last night came across a funny bit of trivia (Apologies to those who know this already).

The author talks about a game where an ex-world champion (doesn't name him) was sitting at a game.
This fellah was supposed to be a 'knob', and after being outdrawn and raised out of the pot, threw his hole cards at the dealer, hitting him on the shoulder, and the cards fell on the floor.

The dealer never blinked, gathered the other 50 cards, riffled, shuffled and dealt the next hand out, leaving the two cards on the floor.
The 'knob' complained to the dealer who replied (paraphrase), "If you pick them up off the floor, then I'll include them in the next hand"
This sent the 'knob' ballistic, who called the tournament director, and asked for the dealer to be removed from the table, however the dealer was proved absolutely correct in his ruling.

So the 'knob' had to get on his hands and knees and collect the other 2 cards.

    Good story, I thought.

I can just imagine the reaction at the Sligo Open on Saturday if a certain player was asked to get on his hands and knees to pick up the chips he'd ****ed all over the place in a fit of rage.
