BSOD - Help with drivers?

I've been getting the BSOD with the message PFN_LIST_CORRUPT every few days for the last couple of months.
I ran Memtest86 V3.2 for over 12 hours last night with zero errors so I assume the RAM is OK. I understand that the next probable casue of the problem is a bad driver.
Can someone please point me in the right direction of how to start to sort out the drivers? Thanks in advance.

With error i doubt its a driver issue. How many sticks of mem do you have and what size are they?

A PFN list is a database windows uses to track physical pages of memory.
A dodgy driver can corrupt this due to writing to areas of memory its not allowed.

You should run Verifier.exe which will verify your drivers are functioning correctly etc.

I have 2 sticks of 1 gig each running at 200Mhz, CAS 3-4-4-6 single channel.

I ran verrifer.exe and it rebooted the system and came back with a blue screen which said : io system verification error in BTPORT.sys (WDM driver error 224) [byport.sys +940 at B8DEA940]

That screen stayed there after repeated rebootings. I eventually rebooted to last previously good configuration. Then I removed the Bluetooth software "Trust BT1290 USB Bluetooth ADAP software". I rarely use BT anymore and in fact it was always very unreliable.

So being a glutton for punishment ;) I ran verifier.exe again. This time nothing seemed to happen except the system booted up very slow. Am I supposed to be doing something with verifier now? Ie did it create some output somewhere? Your help will, as always, be appreciated.
