Finding Cheap Flights

Is there a website out there that can tell you who flies to where on what days?
All the sites I have seen want you to put the dates you are travelling down.
This is no good if you are just looking for the cheapest way to get somewhere and can be flexible about dates.

Any ideas?

Most of them like you to have an idea of when you're going. Generally you'd have to go to each individual airlines webpage to get a list of all their flights. Try going to this page for some help:

there's a few links in there to the usual flight search sites like expedia and might help find what you want...
